"Recovery is possible. Healing is possible. You are more than your addiction."

For more than 12 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (CADAC II) and State Certified Peer Recovery Coach II (CPRC II), I am passionate about helping people discover hope, healing, and lasting recovery.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of treatment settings, including inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, residential treatment, detoxification programs, and private agencies. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds while gaining a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and the recovery process.

I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to move forward. Addiction is something a person experiences—it is not who they are. With the right support, greater self-awareness, and a willingness to embrace change, recovery is not only possible but sustainable.

As a State Certified Peer Recovery Coach II, I provide one-on-one recovery coaching, facilitate addiction recovery support groups, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure each individual receives a comprehensive, holistic approach to care. I believe that meaningful recovery happens when people are supported emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially.

My approach is person-centered because I understand there is no one-size-fits-all path to recovery. Every individual's story is unique, and so is their journey. Rather than focusing solely on addictive behaviors, I strive to help people identify and address the underlying issues that contribute to addiction. Whether someone is struggling with alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, sex, or other compulsive behaviors, I believe healing begins by addressing the root causes—not just the symptoms.

Recovery is about far more than abstinence. It is about rediscovering purpose, rebuilding relationships, developing resilience, and creating a life that brings hope and fulfillment. It is an honor to walk beside individuals as they reclaim their lives, recognize their strengths, and realize their potential.

No matter where you are in your journey, you are not alone. Change is possible, healing is attainable, and recovery can become a reality. I would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward a healthier, more meaningful future
